Certified Instructors

Ms. Lori Johnson, 3rd Degree Black Belt, co-Owner

Ms. Lori Johnson is a Certified Instructor in the American Taekwondo Association and earned her 3rd degree black belt in June 2006. She has placed as Maine State Champion in the ATA in multiple categories for seven consecutive years and placed in the Worlds Top Ten for ATA Xtreme (XMA) forms and ATA Xtreme weapons in her division in 2006 , 2007, 2008 and 2009. She is considered a role model by fellow students, notably the women and teen girls, and exemplifies the motto that is embroidered on her belt, "Lead By Example".

Dr. Jeff Andle, 4th Degree Black Belt, co-Owner

Mr. Jeff Andle is a Certified Instructor in the American Taekwondo Association and is a 4th  degree black belt.  He has placed as Maine State champion in the ATA in multiple categories for seven consecutive years and placed in the Worlds Top Ten for ATA Xtreme forms in his age and belt division. He has exemplified perseverance and persistence in his own work and helped to encourage these traits in those he teaches. 

Outside the ATA, Mr. Andle holds a PhD in Electrical Engineering and heads a research and development group.  His ambition is to show each of his students that, with a realistic plan and persistence, no goal is unattainable

Mr. James Johnson, 4th Degree Black Belt

Ms. Johnson's son, Mr. James Johnson, is a Certified Instructor  Mr. Johnson has several years of teaching experience within our school, James is State Champion for the 2009 season in Sparring, Xtreme forms and Xtreme weapons

 
Mr. Matt Dobres-Spang, 2nd Degree Black Belt

Mr. Spang is a Certified Instructor He is the chief instructor of the amazing TIGER class and has proven that dedication has great reward. Mr. Spang is State Champion for the 2009 season in Sparring, and Xtreme Forms.

 

Training Instructors

 Mr. Sean Tuemmler, 2nd Degree Black Belt

Mr. Sean Tuemmler is  a Level 2- Specialty Trainer.  He attained State Champion status in Xtreme weapons for the 2009 season. Mr. Tuemmler is currently attending college and makes an occasional guest appearance in Falmouth ATA.
