Introductory Taekwondo Program (ages 2-15)

This program is the introduction to martial arts training. Everything a new martial artist needs to know to begin training is learned in this class. We learn how to tie our uniform and belt, basic stances and blocks and etiquette. When a student demonstrates competence in this class, they may enter Basic Taekwondo or Black Belt Club

 

Basic Taekwondo Program (ages 2-99)
This program covers the basic techniques and self defense/bully prevention training for a beginner level student. Students in this program may attend an unlimited number forms classes each week. The highest rank a student in this program may achieve is Camouflage belt.
 
 
 
 
Black Belt Club Program (ages 2-99)
Black Belt Club LogoThis program includes attendance to the sparring classes in addition to unlimited forms classes each week. This training includes board breaking and advanced self defense skills. The highest rank a student in this program may achieve is first degree Black Belt.
 
 

 

 
Leadership Program (ages 5-99) by invitation only
This program includes unlimited attendance to forms classes  and leadership advanced training classes which include all training of the other programs in addition to weapons and ATA extreme creative forms. Students enrolled in this program are eligible to earn state and world championship points at competition. Leadership students enjoy discounts on many special events. This training is not appropriate for Tiny Tigers.
 
 
 
 
Instructor Trainee Program (ages 13-99)
This program is for students who are seeking the knowledge and wisdom of an instructor. These students will receive advanced instruction and will learn all aspects of becoming a martial arts instructor. Successful graduates of this program will receive ATA instructor certification status.
